Port Forwarding Problem [UNSOLVED] - [WSM]Deadly_Evil - 04.03.2010

I have:
static-host119-73-70-117.link.net.pk
and some time it be:
2.110.34.36-static-fiberlink.net.pk
I think i have Static IP Please help me in port forwarding the ports don't forwards both by TCP UDP..
Any help guys?

http://www.no-ip.com/ try this website when u use it and when u use address of it in sa-mp the ip wont change of it.
