i down loaded the sa-mp-0.3a-install and i wont let me install. it wont let me click the install button anywere im on vista

Is San Andreas allowed through the Vista firewall? If not let it through and try again. Another thing you could try is right-clicking on the sa-mp-0.3a-install.exe and click "run as administrator".
