Firstname_Lastname problem... - mbk - 02.03.2010

I have a problem with a server...
A)when i have name "john" i register i login but when i exit from game and the next day when i try to login on the game say "your password is wrong"
B)when i have name "John_Smith" i register , login and next day password work.

How to make to work in the case A?
