NPC does not walk with anim. - Hot - 01.03.2010

I am applying this anim to him:

ApplyAnimation(zNPC[i],"PED", "WALK_DRUNK",4.0,0,1,1,0,0);

But he keeps repeating the anim in his own place. He does not go toward. Help plz

try to use includes with given anims ..
