Thos things are very easy to cut...i wouldn call that render.

try taking a ss and then cut...

renders are signature slang for parts of pictures that are cut out and put onto a transparent background in a png file (like characters, cars, etc)
they're usually cut out using photoshop and the pen tool

generally, they're easy to make yourself

What could possibly be a SA:MP render? Kyeman while coding? Or you while playing?
I don't think there are any SA:MP characters, but you can render yourself or ask someone to do it for you.
People at PlantRenders.com will do it for free in a short amount of time. Go ask 'em.
