Seculauncher:failed to start application [2000] - Mrkrabz - 01.03.2010

I keep getting this when launching GTAIV it just randomly started.

I have reinstalled and still comes up, ******d but no help.

And yes this is a Retail Version.

Oh and also, people say using the Razor crack fixes this, But i don't wanna use illegal shit for it :<


I fixed it, Don't run it as admin, Simple :/

I had a mod on it that required it to run as admin, Although that didn't cause it to break, god knows what did.

But anyway GTA IV is the worst game which has been ported EVER.

rockstar games ports alot of the gta's.

rockstar games ports alot of the gta's.
GTA:SA Was fine, GTA:IV Is shit. for PC anyway.

rockstar games ports alot of the gta's.
GTA:SA Was fine, GTA:IV Is shit. for PC anyway.
GTA:IV for PS3 is way much better then PC version in my opinion, i have a great time kick'ing ass in online DM's.
Yet GTA San Andreas is still by far, bthe best GTA for both Playstation (of corse the PS version doesn't have online multiplayer) and PC.

It got Converted/Imported from Xbox360 and they didn't do a very good job.
