they are. but when i type /setteam it says something like [/setteam [playerid/partofname] 1(cop) 2(par)

Because he said RP SERVER and all rp have those commands

Andit should be

[/setteam [playerid/partofname] 1(cop) 2(civ)

exactly !
but when i do the command im just respawning anotherplace. and the cop commands doenst work.

Make sure you make yourself a cop using /makeleader

when i do /makeleader it says "the player is not in a familie/faction" or something.

Try typing

/makeleader [ID] 1
