When i try to connect to a server it just says:

SA-MP 0.3a Started.
Connecting To [IP]
Connected. Joining the game....

THAN IT JUST STAYS THERE AND THAN THE SCREEN FREEZES.

I had same problem. Run SA-MP and GTASA.exe as adminstrator.
Go to your San Andreas folder and rightclick on gtasa.exe and click on prefrences then, run as adminstrator.
Same on SAMP.exe.

Problem fixed i just re installed GTA.
