Registration Quiz - `Robo - 27.02.2010

I need to make a quiz where if you register it will ask 3 questions. They'll be multiple choice questions with 4 posibilities. So if you read question and choose for example, 2 as the answer and its correct, it goes to next question. IF they choose wrong answer it will kick them.
