What GameMode is best to start off making a server, like i wan't to make a job's and everything else myself. Which GM should i use ? RolePlay Of Course.

Everyone is using the godfather but personally, I'm not sure.

Do NOT use the godfather, because its poorly written and a very bad example for new scripters.
And the best gamemode would be a freeroam type, make your own registry/login system, pickups, etc ...

Creating a rp server is basically the same, but It's harder

I suggest you to use Vortex RP.Its very good gm. not laggy, it also use dini for more ease and its not so big so u can add many cool things
