Problem with /engine running - sass839 - 24.02.2010

I have a problem, that if i turn my cars engine on with /engine, now engines working and i can drive but when i leave from car i have to write /engine again so engine will turn off, but my question is that how can i make so if i forget engine running then everyone can drive with my car, but if if i turn engine off, then they cant.
Sorry for very bad english, but i hope you know what im saying.
