My IP does change evertime I restart my computer!
That is not normal. I have to announce new IP EVERY day.

get a free domain name and advertise the domain.
then it wont matter if you get a different IP address.

example.. real-life.no-ip.org:6666 is the same as X.X.X.X:6666

its normal that it changes
that u got a static ip would be rare
usually only if you ask your ISP for it
but that costs more usually then

Now it becomes unnormal.. my IP changes every 5 minutes! WTF!!!!!!!!!
I got a host now, but I get automatically kicked for ip changing!

Talk to your ISP, this is nothing to do with SA:MP.
