[HELP] Adding Houses and House Cars in LA-RP Gamemode - GloomY - 22.02.2010

Hello, can someone make a tutorial for me how to make houses and house cars for LA-RP Gamemode.
I was trying to make houses, but I had a problem. When I added one house, then when I compiled it, all the cars and pickups have been deleted in the server. Please, can someone help?
