first go to :
http://files.sa-mp.com/samp03asvr_R4_win32.zip
and download that file
then download any script from (GameModes) section


BTW : There is Uncountable Tutorials about making servers

Making a server is harder than you think. You have to know how to use PAWNO, and have basic scripting skills. Then you have to know where to host, or if your home PC can host a server... There is a lot to do, PM me if you need more help.
