Alright, I have a 32MB video card, when I click advanced, in the graphics setting folder, the game crashes, does the same in single player. (No...Its not the small video card if someone was going to say that...)

My friend used to have this problem, try deleting Gta.set and re-installing gta and sa-mp.

64mb Is minumum to play, 128mb is advanced.
If you crash with a 32mb don't blame your fault on SA:MP.

I'll try the killer's suggestion, if I ever play SA-MP anymore, getting back into FPS.
