Help me please, Skin selection - Mike. - 14.02.2010

Ok so,
Im new to scripting and want to know how to set up a skin selection upon a job command
I want a /duty command that lets you choose which police skin you want to use and then gives you, lets say...
200 Deagle, nitestick, 200 pepperspray (spraycan) and 40 Fire extinguisher.
And i wanted them all to be in the PD locker rooms.
If i can get some help with this Thanks.
Im new to scripting and have my server set up but im no good with character selections etc.
