SQLite Problems - Anwix - 14.02.2010

I'm new to SQLite and want to learn how to use it properly, but i don't understand what im doing wrong, the query will not do anything or insert anything into the database.
I have created my table using a SQLite admin program, but when i check for data theres nothing.
