Vehicles Timers except when towed - gtapolicemods - 14.02.2010

Ok All Of The Vehicles On My Server are on timers like shown below:

Is There Anyway to take away those timers once the vehicle is towed? Because I wanting to make a police impound. Then After They pay the fee and take the vehicle then the vehicle is fair game to be auto re spawned with the time put in place already

i use -1

it will auto respawn where it was created on death by default
