Mask ID & The Talking Anim - DG:RP - 14.02.2010

I want to make names now show up or "Stranger" Show up when they do /maskon. I've tried a lot of stuff that doesn't work.

I also want to add a hand motioning thing every time you talk in the server.

How do I do these things?

(I have tried a lot with the ShowPlayerNameTagForPlayer))
