Strange Connection Bugs - snoop3111 - 13.02.2010

Ok well I am using SAGC edit, New York City Role-play FIX. I downloaded it last night and added all my FS's and edited everything in the pwn since its dynamic and server config. I get no compile errors but when I start the server it says I have max players at 16. Then when I launch it, it just says it cant even connect to the IP. I know that I have port forwarded correctly because I used a guide and the script I used before this connected perfectly fine. I have tried starting with and without the FS's and there is no difference. This is quite annoying and I hope someone can help me. I have team viewer and my MSN is ccooddyy@gmail.com

You are using an outdated server 0.3 RC6 which was used during public tests, download the latest one from http://sa-mp.com/download.php
