I click connect, nothing happens... - CrazyMetalHead - 13.02.2010

I am running 0.3a SAMP on GTA SA 1.0 on Windows XP SP3 on Nvidia GeForce 6600 and I don't have any mods on my installation. Many people had this problem, some solve it by deleting the gta_sa.set file, but many haven't at all. I had that file also, and deleted it, and it didn't change a thing. Executables are on white list in firewall. I have noticed, btw, that when I click the connect button, gta_sa.exe pops out in task manager as it was running, but disappears in second.

You know, try to reinstall gta. I had the same problem, but i've just deleted one file in user files 'gta_sa.set' and it started to work. Maybe restart your pc right now, sometimes helps. If it don't helps, try to dowload Reg Cleaner, some files even after reinstalling gta - saves in pc's logs, so you just find all files related with gta and delete it.

That's not funny, to change my posts. And I did tried. Only thing I didn't do is reinstalling PC, but I won't do that cuz of some mp game... Funny thing is that I played samp while it was still in .2x on this same PC and it worked like charm.
