A rangeban is the ultimate weapon of an administrator / moderator / server owner.
A rangeban bans a whole contry via IP, this is usually used against DDo'sers ( if im not mistaken).

Ban the ranges like 95.176.*.* <- you ban with this last two ranges
75.*.*.* <- you ban with this last three ranges
*.*.*.* <- you ban whole world

A rangeban does NOT always ban a whole country, only a big part of an ISP.
