How to make Text bubble on Head on a Admin - [WSM]Deadly_Evil - 13.02.2010

As the topic says...

I want an Text Bubble on a admin head
Like if the player is Level 1 on the head it will written "Level 1 Admin"
If he is Level 5 on the head it will be written "Owner Admin"

Anybody know how to make this?
I want it in LuX Admin or it may be for LAdmin
