Chat is always global unless you have some kind of system to make it local.

Post your code and we can show you where to change the distance.

Okay, if you wan't to set the distance for the chat, like only nearby players can read what you're typing, just work with LimitGlobalChatRadius

Or do you wan't to change the pagesize of the chat window? I mean, How many lines before the chat message disappears?
