What Car in GTASA has the best drift handling,
Aka thats most likely to drift? Or is easiest to drift..

As in GTASA it is quite impossible to drift, the best you can do is get some drift handling for GTA SA, note that only will work on Single Player. But if you want a car to do some slides, no doubt elegy is the one.

Or perhaps you need to practice a bit more to get those cars under control?

You can't, the original physics from GTA SA, it's impossible to drift for real. All you can do is sliding on curves, nothing more and that isn't drift.
