Lagging in interiors... - Protocol - 12.02.2010

For a while now, I've been experiencing pretty severe lag in interiors. I've tried multiple servers and the problem still persists. Nothing I say will show up in the chat box and eventually I'll just lose the connection to the server, and it'll keep going like that until I exit out of the interior. Has anyone else had this problem and/or know how to fix it?

EDIT: I've also tried reinstalling SAMP and the GTA game all together, yet I'm still experiencing the issue.
