1. why i cant log to any server (ping 9999) on all
2. if i am main Administrator how can i make more exp + more money for newbies

1. Sounds like a firewall is blocking samp.exe, check your Firewall software and/or Windows Firewall and make sure an exception is there for samp.exe.

2. Depends on the script, you should be able to learn more from the scripts topic.
