Do you know how to get in your router?
Do this: Start=>run=>type in : cmd
in cmd type ipconfig
You will see something like 192.168.0.1 there
Copy that and put it in your internet browser.
Then you are in your router. you have to put in there the port you are using for your server.
I think it is 7777?
Letsuse that as example.
it will look like this:
Name: samp
port:7777 7777
7777 7777
Add it. Then you are done
