Make sure you see the line "Announce 1". Make sure it's not "Announce 0"

And if that doesn't work, check your firewall.

thnx for telling me about announce 1 lol thats y nobody has gotten on my server....

also did you double click on announce? that makes ur server be on the internet list no windows pops up tho
