[FIXED] Failed To Set Data For: gta_sa_exe - Juanxz - 06.02.2010

[FIX]I read on another forum that a new windows account should fix it and it did.[FIX]

I use the search feature but the only other thread didn't have an answer.
This problem happens to my friend when he launches SA:MP. When he launches it, it tells him to locate gta sa. He aims it at the sa dir but when he clicks ok this error message pops up:
"Failed To Set Data For: gta_sa_exe".

After that when he tried to join a server (servers don't load btw) he gets something like error at address ..... in module samp.exe .....

What is causing this?
