Open your server.cfg and make sure you have announce 1 there.

Can you post your server.gfc settings(dont post rcon pass) ?

The internet list is not instant.

Yeah, even with Steam theres a 'heartbeat' which updates the master list, so it could take a while to appear there
And next time dont enlarge the pictures to like 300% please, its annoying to the eyes imo

Fix it guys, Thanks anyways , i just make run it as administrator and it works
