Am I allowed - Oyabun - 05.02.2010

I would like to post an advertisement for our server's grand opening tomorrow (Exodus Roleplay). I was wondering if I'm allowed to post it yet since there's some rules about servers still in development. We're done with development, we're just promoting our grand release so we can have more people there at the opening time.
