a lil questions about vehicles - hvampire - 05.02.2010

i have a server which players should only uses planes not cars , i saw a system before in a server like mine , when u enter any vehicles exept planes , it say : u are not an admin

can u give me a site on a tutorial for that or tell me how to do it??
