bank system problem :( - ty - 05.02.2010

i have a bank system with a /register /login commands and an admin system with the same so they colide toghter when i start my server it will only let me login once because the other is auto and i can not switch it off so i have to remove my account everytime i join so i

need to be able to remove the register system from the bank filterscript but i dont no how to do that can any one help me ? then it will just be a simple bank script with commands like
/bank
/withdraw
/balance
it has all them thats all i need i jst need to remove the rest please help

also does anyone no where the city bank is because i carnt seem to find that either
