Is it possible to make a NPC, That is in a towtruck, But towing a certain car

I tried an npc in a towtruck getting 'any' car just letting the npc drive to it.

i think not everyone ingame would see you doing that because of streaming distance the car
would spawn for the other player..i guess..:S not sure
