Alright, When me and my friend go in a server everything works fine until i go to make him admin, or change something in his user profile. After that, he will try and login but it will say wrong password, but in the user file, he is using the same one thats in there..?
If someone knows please let me know.

Umm change line 5023 to PlayerInfo[playerid][pAdmin] to 5. Then it should work.
And where you have OnPlayerLevelChange, set his level again.

Um.. That was pointless??
.. Now i can't login.. I changed his stuff in the .ini file and now neither one of us can login. It says wrong password to us both even though we are entering the right ones.

Register, then close the server and change his file then re-open it. Seifadmin can get screwed a bit for some reason with passwords.

I'm not using seif admin.. I'm using just the /login /register codes that are in the game.. Like in the Gamemode itself. No filterscripts running right now.
