Make player to teleport to marker map - Fedee! - 02.02.2010

How can I do this? I saw this on a server, taht when you pause the game, go to the map and use the red marker, when you unpasue you are where you marked.

doesnt AllowPlayerTeleport do that?

But I need it to work for everyone. On that server I could teleport without being admin

But on Wiki it says that is just for admins: (Thats what I understood from Wiki)
