Loading... eternity - CTCCoco - 02.02.2010

My server don't have warnings and anything strange but ... sometimes some people can't enter to the server.

Its says Loading... and don't happen anything.

I hear that it is a SA:MP 0.3a bug but I don't know.

Ideas please.
