issue with starting installer - vista - CCJ - 31.01.2010

Hi guys, I tried launching the installer which i've downloaded from one of the mirrors listed on the site but all I get is a black window which looks alot like the command prompt one. Unfortunately, it only lasts for a split second then it auto closes itself. Nothing else happens after that. Is there any work around for this?

Run the installer as Admin.
