Ban ip typed for spam porpuses - caribe88 - 31.01.2010

Hello everybody:
I have a question about the ips, is there a way to directly kick or ban a person that writes and Ip in the chat box?
I searched but without results
For example somebody comes in and writes 000.00.00.000:7777 and fulls up the chat with it, is there a way to ban or kick him at the first try but still let people use the numers?
I was using forbidden words from ladmin but there are so many ips in sa-mp that is almost impossible ban them all.
I would appreciate a little suggestion or help, because is a big problem not only for me I think for everybody that has a server and is getting people together and some random person comes in and starts giving an ip that you don't know.
