the glaring whiteness of the window is so soothing to my already deteriorating vision. i wouldn't change it for the world.
maybe for laser eye surgery.. but not the world.

Actually you can change it, but you need to use Windows Classic style for the theme. Then just change the background color there.

Don't use PAWNO. Use Notepad++
It's an awesome program with lots of features!
