People In Interior Won't Die - sidhu123 - 29.01.2010

Hello, I'm trying to make a version 2 of my shamal interior, but it's not going so well.
I'm trying to make everyone in the interior die when the shamal blows up, except it won't work.
I tried using a range of 25 AND 250, no difference.

Here is the code. Could someone please help me fix this?
