[HELP] Error to erase a car - R3SpaWn3 - 29.01.2010

Hello, I come to ask here something if someone can help me.
I have erased(smeared) of my GM a couple of cars, but when i spawn to car he(she) says to me that it is not my car or, that is a motorcycle

A normal script..
Is
addstaticvehicle (lalalalalla);
When i erase this,on restart the server says "you dont have the keys of this vehicle" :S

Yes, I kinda know that. I mean, what gamemode are you using? I'm guessing it's a roleplay one, godfather maybe?

go under onplayerstatechange and change the vehicle ids (lower them)
