Having trouble installing MP - vaderhoff - 29.01.2010

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium x64 and I meet the minimum requirements, but this message comes up when I double click the install for sa-mp:

"The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you an 86x (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

any thoughts?
