Liquify, shapes, filters, theres a lot, the trick with inverting the polar co-ordinates and applying wind is sick too.

10/10 - the comic sans makes it look really professional and the licence plate on the car that you added in (i think you added it, it could be real.. i can't tell) looks really nice. the oval fade effect looks pretty cool too. the glow effects on everything make them really stand out nicely. can't wait to see more of your work
