[GM] Sniper War - ReVo_ - 28.01.2010

Hello everyone,
I present you my new GM! GM is done in 20 minutes, not tested it all!
However, the gamemode and a simple workout with the sniper gm
Functions are few but the gamemode in total and very pretty, and it spawns Bayside

User Controls:
/setspawnskin Sets the skin of the player's spawn
/setammo sect ammunition to receive sniper
/kick Kick a player
/ban a player Banna
/maxping sets the maximum ping
/antiping Enable Disable antiping
/spec Starts spectator mode
/specoff Disable spectator mode
User Commands:
/kill
/Topscorere Show the player with the highest score ever

The gamemode has been released in 2 languages
