Again, are you playing the sound where you are? aka xyz of players position?

The coordinates are important on certain sounds does no one ever read the notes on the samp wiki pages regarding function varaibles.
For some sounds it is important.

Im using a program, A .exe program to listen to SA-MP sounds,
But i can barely hear it, Im just wondering if its the program or its actulley that quiet

the program i use prob the same but its quite loud on some ids. i can send if u want.
