samp freezes after laoding - razornife13 - 27.01.2010

when im in a server and its finish loading it shows sa the sound keeps going but it says choose ur language and samp freezes it does this for all the servers that i click on the way i get out of it is pressing ctrl+alt+del then click start task manager then i have to end the task plz help this is weird
