Eternal/Non Bugged textdraw help. - Sharks - 26.01.2010

i need a help with textdraws, sometimes when you log in, the default txtdraw dont show, i mean, the website on the bottom, the script version on the top, and so, this only happens few times, without any modification, what could be? sometimes works, and sometimes dont show. Help please
