Includes are for compiling, you don't need them.

On server you cant edit your script/gamemode just on PC includes is for compliting, so if you cant edit script you cant compliting you dont need includes on server you just need GM FS(if you have) SF(if you have) and OFC put in server.cfg all you need to put
